Review on LANDED Hiring Software by Darrin Parasson

I think that this platform has been used by almost every big recruiter in my country (Mexico). It's simple, easy to use with good results for those who dedicate time trying it out before deciding whether they want/need their own tool or not! There aren't many changes required from candidate side so far as you need only basic English skills but if someone really wants more features like video chat etc - go ahead!! If everyone was able just do ONE thing better compared other companies maybe we would have done much further than what WE are doing now? Landed has been very helpful in my career search. I have used it to find several great candidates with ease. The platform is easy to navigate, and allows me to create a profile that will attract the best candidates for my position. There are some features that could use improvement. They should make their application process more streamlined and less time consuming. It's been a pleasure working with the team at Landed. I highly recommend them! I have been able to fill multiple positions with ease.
