Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Wireless Joy Con Pad for Nintendo Switch - Red & Blue Replacement Controller, Dual Vibration Support, Compatible with Nintendo Switch Console by Mike Davis

Revainrating 1 out of 5

There are much better alternatives than this option.

UPDATE: I returned this a week later and bought a Kinvoca switch controller which can be viewed along with my review here: https ://www.amazon.com/dp/B083W85BBQ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_HVTEZZY8WRSZ63V76P9F?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 First, I'll start with what I liked about the controller. You can detach the joysticks and use them wirelessly. The d-pad was good and responsive. Leaving the joyful cons on the tablet is fine for short distances, but when you're playing in a car your neck hurts. After that, the quality of the controller deteriorates rapidly. The YBXA keys are extremely cheap and take some getting used to. There is a delay of about a quarter of a second when pressing the button, which quickly becomes annoying. The L and R keys are practically useless. There is no spring when pressed and they are basically buttons that make a clicking sound. For those playing games like Super Mario Odyssey or Super Mario 3D All Stars, using the L2 button for long jump is highly unacceptable. It was frustrating to do the long jump knowing the controller was poorly designed. The vibration feedback felt cheap, but honestly, just like Nintendo Switch's official rumble features.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • I really don't like it, everything is fine
