I like that it's not a flimsy cable that can bend/break and it fits the phone snugly. A load is something that is expected to be longer, not shorter. I like that they offer a lifetime guarantee. Also their customer service sent me an email explaining if there are any issues now or in the future to reply to this email so they can fix anything that is wrong. I saved the warranty email but am sure the charger will last a long time. They give two, so one for the car and one for the house, which is fine too. Good price and great product.
