I bought it to take with me on a trip, but I had to listen to the reviews. The fabric is very nice but many reviews mentioned that the padding of the strap slides down but I decided to take a chance but that didn't happen. Well, that's how it was. It forms a clump at the bottom where it slides and collects. I also wish the strap was longer. I'm on the busty side so it needs length so it just wraps more around me and doesn't hang down to be more comfortable. I've had it for a month but I'm going to return it and hopefully find one that suits my needs better and not pay for a product that has a defective strap. I just tried to get a returns label and it says the return time for this item has expired. This product is defective. The defect only appears after some use. After opening and using since mid-October, the defect appears. Please help fix it or send me a new replacement bag and hopefully the problem doesn't reoccur.
