I'm a tour guide at a distillery in Kentucky. I had surgery on my vocal cords and the doctor advised me to use an amplifier to work. After extensive research, I decided on the 20 Watt Voice Booster. I was very happy with the sound quality and projection. Even at near full volume in very noisy environments, there was very little distortion. The device is fairly light and although I wished there was a belt clip, the belt adjusted easily and stayed on my waist. My only complaint is that after about 2 weeks the microphone shorted out and generated a lot of static electricity. . I contacted the company and literally a few days later they sent me a new headset. Unfortunately, the new headset has the same problem, so the problem may lie in the amplifier unit itself. I can get it to work, but it's "amazing". Overall, I like the device, but I'm concerned about durability.
