My old office chair was comfortable, but suddenly it kept falling down as if it could no longer support my weight. The cylinder was broken. I decided I needed a new office chair. So I was very grateful for the opportunity to get to know the FENICHI office chair. It arrived well packaged. None of the parts were damaged. However, part D, the galvanized cover, was missing. Dad, who helped me assemble it, said it wasn't necessary; It was for cosmetic purposes only. However, I found it necessary to ensure that the elevator, part F, stays in the starbase, part H, when you lift the chair. I wanted to call the company but couldn't find any contact information on the website or in the assembly booklet. However, we assembled the chair within an hour. It wasn't that hard. Step-by-step instructions are easy to read and understand; they contain both images and words. I was surprised to see all the screws, bolts and washers in a sealed package with a clear label. In most cases, these items come in small bags. However, we did not receive any replacement parts; Therefore, consumers should hope that none of their parts are defective. Once assembled, this silver office chair looked great and was a pleasure to sit in. I could sleep in it. The seat cushion is thick and comfortable. The back is tilted very far back. This chair is like a rocking chair. My dad sat in it and he loved it. I really wanted to give it to him but he insisted I keep it to myself. This FENICHI office chair is lightweight and easy to move from room to room. This is my first office chair with a headrest and hanger and I really like them. When I first requested this review chair on October 19, 2021, the price was stolen at $89.99. Shortly thereafter, the price rose to $189.99. Then it dropped to $149.99. Today, at the time of this review, it's $135.99. I believe this chair is reasonably priced at around $149.99. The chair is made in China and some of the parts appear weak, not strong. I'm afraid to lean back too much for fear it might break. However, I've been using this chair for over three weeks now and haven't encountered any problems. Nothing was broken about it. My suggestion to FENICHI is that they provide a contact phone number which is easy to find either on the Revain website or in their user manual. If you specify a galvanized finish in the parts list and assembly instructions, then you should include it in the box, whether for aesthetic reasons or actually necessary for the stability and long-term safe operation of the chair. They should also include extra nuts, screws and bolts; at least one for each. I would also like to point out that the armrests need to be adjusted before final assembly. This chair needs to be assembled according to the person who wants to use it. The headrest, on the other hand, is adjustable after assembly. Update November 15, 2021: In less than a month of using this office chair, a wheel broke. The wheels are very cheaply made compared to other office chairs I own. I can't just contact the company to get a replacement. I plan to order stronger wheels and replace them myself. The FENICHE office chair is not worth buying.
