Review on Massdrop x Koss Porta Pro X On-Ear Headphones: 🎧 Noise-Cancelling Mic, Voice Assistant, Track Skip | Collapsible Midnight Blue by Velizar Rusev ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Expectations were not met, average quality.

My first set of higher-quality male "ears" The bow is one of the elements that must be tried on every time, though the process is straightforward, so I don't see this as a drawback. The sound is a touch "yellow" and the headphones don't have noise cancellation, but I don't think this is a drawback. The product is adequate overall but unsuitable for good quiet listening. However, it is quite challenging to fall asleep to music in headphones (the brain tenses up and there is ostensibly something missing in the sound). You can listen to it in a minibus, on a bike, and generally when engaging in active sports. Even after adjusting the equalization and warming up, there is not enough detail at high. And if you got them, remember to warm them up so that the sound will improve. I do not suggest using computers and audio players with strong audio output, such Cowon iAudio, to listen at maximum level. The EQ can only partially protect.

Pros
  • adequate quality, responsiveness, and midrange. When participating in an aggressive sport, be quite comfortable, don't press, and don't fly off at the same time. When at rest (comfortable sleeping, lying on your back, wearing headphones), utilize the metal headband and 3-position switch to ease strain on the ears.
Cons
  • The left ear occasionally bounces (it's a dynamics issue; the operation has only been going on for a little over a month). weak construction (many pieces are made of thin plastic and foam rubber, which quickly wears out and collects hair). They went overboard with the bass; normal frequencies are between 150 and 200 Hz. High frequencies are not detailed enough, causing a dip over 16 kHz. the whisky under a little pressure.
