I have ordered two of these devices for myself and some friends. Arrived safe and sound with good and undamaged packaging. I would love to give five stars but unfortunately one of the teapots never worked. It glows but never gets hot. This in itself wouldn't be a problem, but despite a small thank you note inside with an email to let me know if there's a problem, I get no response. It's been two weeks and two emails and I still haven't received a confirmation from the company. This means that the company is unreliable and does not deliver on its promises. For the one that works 👍🏻. But disappointing when you get a "lemons" update: as soon as I found the second contact email, I got an immediate response, sorry, and the company sent a replacement. I'm very happy with the kettle I'm currently using and happy to be able to give a new one to my family members who were initially lucky. For anyone complaining about the danger of pouring water before the kettle turns off and how long it takes for the water to start bubbling, please note: 1) because the water is bubbling, it doesn't mean it's on boiling point is! 2) It's a very simple, gentle touch of the sting on the handle to turn the kettle off. If they didn't want you to be able to do this, this availability wouldn't exist. Soon you'll want to know why it doesn't water on its own.
