I got this after watching a card making video and thought it would be nice. At first I thought I bought the wrong one. Then I thought it was empty. There were no instructions. I had a heck of a lot of time to open it. Then I searched Youtube and found an obscure video showing me how to use it. The black ring will be removed once you open it. You shake it (a lot) and then squeeze it. It'll take a little while to come out. The video says not to press too hard or a shiny drop will come out. Well I tried to push a little nada! So you need to squeeze hard and drop a drop of glitter glue to get started. Then it works fine and it's a good tool for applying a thin layer to the edge of a card etc. There are just no instructions and you lose a drop at the beginning. Let's see how long it lasts and how much I can actually use it.
