Is working. You gotta know how to take care of it

It seems to be working great! My iron levels are rising and I don't have to deal with the nausea that comes with iron supplements. and maybe some people didn't quite understand how to take care of the sheet iron. Here's a little helpful tip in case anyone reads this review: Treat this sheet like an iron pan: once you receive the sheet, wash it well in vegetable oil (the manufacturer sells it or you can use olive oil, vegetable oil). , etc.) etc.). Just leave it there for a few hours. Then blot the excess with a paper towel before putting it away for storage. After cooking, use tongs and rinse under hot water to remove food particles before they stick. Make sure it's hot water, otherwise hitting a very hot sheet with cold water may break it. Never use soap! I know some people get mad at this, but I promise you'll be fine. When you're done rinsing thoroughly, dry the sheet with a paper towel. Make sure it's dried well. Water is what can cause rust. Rub it with oil and let it sit for a while before shaking off the excess and putting away for storage. Oil helps a) retain moisture so it doesn't rust and b) prevent food from sticking to it. Yes, the added steps are unfamiliar. And not having to put it in the dishwasher or wash it with soap is a little confusing. But people have been using iron cookware using this method for hundreds of years. You'll be fine. :)
