The main benefit here that I can identify so far is its integrated with many other application such as BI, Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM), Procurement, Warehouse management system and Accounting etc. In this there are too much options to choose from which may be confusing for a new user but once you learn all these functionalities it becomes easier. At first I used mostly inventory control functions in my previous job. There was no any specific functionality available at that time then one day during lunch break when colleague of mine just asked me about what's your current process? And suddenly he showed some document with inventory related stuff that has been uploaded to sharepoint online site. So after that I checked them out fully and started liking their concept more than before. Also they provided us full support regarding customisation when needed. We have achieved good results using their platform. The support team was very helpful, fast at responding to requests for help with any issues I had as well giving me suggestions of how they could make things easier or better in their system which helped greatly! Nothing so far but am open minded about what we try next time around once it's implemented properly - keep up hope :) We are solving our inventory problems by using this software instead of manually entering items into Excel sheets etc.,.
