Better than 90% imo pre-workout
I bought 3 times. It is very strong to treat him with respect. I think it's 300mg of caffeine. Note: They add some "extras" that keep me doing them in the afternoon longer than other pre-workout workouts in the afternoon. Because of this, I usually don't drink it until 7 or 8 in the morning. I didn't have any nausea, but I also only take 1/2 scoop per hour, which is half before and half during a workout.
