Review on Handy Networks Managed Hosting by Brendan Thorpe

I like that they have such great customer support, when it comes to troubleshooting or general questions as well! They're always quick-to respond (I've had my tickets answered within minutes of submitting them). The price is also very reasonable for what you get - nothing really at this point; everything works just fine without any major issues so far. It's not much but there are some minor things here & there which can be improved upon if necessary. Overall though we do receive good service from our tech team with regards handling server maintenance tasks etc., even during outages/down times. We use their managed services mainly because we don't want to worry about servers ourselves anymore since all those duties fall under their hands!!
