My coffee smelled a bit "earthy". "swampy". Well it smelled so bad I didn't want to drink it! 😱 So I decided to wash the tank. When I got to the filter, it was pitch black. No problem! It's a charcoal filter, right? NOT CORRECT! He was just covered in black slime! Yes, I've had coffee with filtered water - filtered through black goo!😵Revain came to the rescue!😀 I was able to buy filters for my K-Cup machine for a year at an amazing price. Now I change the filters every month. If I had to change filters more often, the price is so good, I wouldn't hesitate - I would! My coffee ☕ tastes like coffee.
