The physical design of these headphones is superior to any other type of Bluetooth headphones. Super comfy, lightweight, can't get lost like 'airy' pod style buds. The sound quality is good to excellent. But Bluetooth bullshit. They have a 2 second "hiccup" in the audio every time I use them where it just goes away for no apparent reason. It's predictable, but also tolerable. However, their fatal, unacceptable downside is that Bluetooth drops out during a phone call - perhaps the main reason for using Bluetooth - it's a wireless hands-free feature on a phone call - EVERYONE. SINGLE. CURSE. TIME. You will NEVER stay connected to a call. And once the call falls back to the handset, it will NOT reconnect until the phone restarts and the headset is plugged in (sort of "reboot" for them, apparently). I would like to hear from the manufacturer and get a replacement unit to see if the issue is resolved; At this point I will update my review and rating. They are not worth buying in their current form. I prefer to use my wired headphones.
