Edit: At the request of the seller, I am editing my review to reflect my concerns about the missing parts. The seller offered a $1 refund to compensate for the missing parts. The second time I ordered them as the style was a huge hit. I have to place an order so I ordered it again. 2nd time not much success. Missing parts and the only option is a full refund. This is a problem for jewelers. We just sorted, counted and sorted them. Only to find out their bill doesn't fit 1 pair of earrings. Looks like I'm looking for another seller for my next order.
