Don't waste your money, time and energy. Please! I felt like anyone who gave it a chance. I was nervous about buying a refurbished computer, but overall this site had pretty good reviews. I was definitely wrong. The laptop was delivered quickly but as soon as I took it out of the box it would not turn on. I tried everything, finally I took it to the Apple Store the next day just to make sure it wasn't as easy as a dead charger. NO! They were able to tell me that there was a strange coating on the bottom of the laptop that hid all the information about the computer. Turns out it came from school. They said it was definitely superficial and had a hardware issue. I sent it back - it's been almost 2 weeks since I sent it to get my refund - they issued it today but it still says it will take 3-5 days for my account to arrive. What a bloody headache and waste!
