I love Asics. I've worn 2170 for many years and recently bought a pair of Noosa Tri-8 racing shoes as I'm trying to get back running. Healer prone to shin splints .Although I don't have much arch, I supinate. Asics Noosa seem to do pretty well as long as I'm mindful of my form and not trying to go fast. But I'm always looking for a better pair, hopefully with more cushioning I've got I read great reviews about the Nimbus because it is super inflated and that it is perfect for those who supine so I decided to try them.I had high hopes but unfortunately these Nimbus 12 didn't fit me.After a few minutes, I had terrible pain in my lower leg, I thought I would just walk quickly instead of running to give myself space to get used to the new shoes, but then my knees started to buckle pains. And even my left hip started to hurt. I turned around after about 1/2 mile and went straight home to take them off. rushed to the Amazon. Regarding the sizes, I ordered a 6.5 for kids and they fit perfectly (I have a women's size 8 in Asics)
