Problem first. The original brother drum and yellow caused problems. The yellow toner "exploded" and made a mess. We decided to give ez ink a try as the set cost about the same as one of my brother's. I pulled everything out, cleaned, put in a new yellow toner (e.g. ink too) and reassembled. The printer didn't recognize the new drums, I've gone through the reset process and still no luck. I took the old one out of interest, it turned blue, changed the drum and has been running fine ever since. I don't know if there is a problem with the new blue drum or not, I think I'll try again sometime in the future. We've been using it for about 2 months with no problems, my wife is a real estate agent and she prints a lot.
