Product works as expected, good print and color quality, very good replacement/replacement for an expensive OEM. But the customer service is much better than expected. Excellent support and follow up. Thank you, customer for life.

Unfortunately I can't return the product because I missed the return window (because I haven't installed it for 30 days). After I installed them, they didn't work, and even with new ink cartridges, the print quality deteriorated drastically (so much so that I could barely read anything printed).

At first I was repelled by the idea that there was something more to do inside the printer than changing cartridges. but the instructions made it a breeze. The drums were replaced and new ones installed in just a few minutes. This will effectively extend the life of our printer.

Works as expected and half the price! Anyone who says they should only buy the manufacturer's ink doesn't understand that they can also fail. My last ink cartridge that came with my Canon printer leaked and made a mess. This product has proven to be reliable and until I see otherwise I will continue to buy it this way.

Problem first. The original brother drum and yellow caused problems. The yellow toner "exploded" and made a mess. We decided to give ez ink a try as the set cost about the same as one of my brother's. I pulled everything out, cleaned, put in a new yellow toner (e.g. ink too) and reassembled. The printer didn't recognize the new drums, I've gone through the reset process and still no luck. I took the old one out of interest, it turned blue, changed the drum and has been running fine ever since…
