I have just received this wireless charger. Out of the box, I was impressed by the build quality and the weight of the device. The installation process was easy. My Samsung Galaxy S8 in a non-original case fit into the device holders without incident. The device closes with a noticeable slight hum of the engine. The included 12 volt adapter works well, lights up and has a second plug for another device. I maneuvered the device while my phone was on the device. There are two release buttons on each side of the device. My only concern is the sensitivity of the triggers. You will quickly learn how to adjust the lever of the device while avoiding the release buttons. I'm impressed with the build, mounting options, ease of use and cost. Time will tell as to the durability of the unit motor. I am very happy with my purchase.
