I like how easy it is for me as an end user to navigate through all parts of this software from searching documents or finding records within my database right up until finalizing them with edits/comments before sending off via email! It's very intuitive which makes using much easier than other programs out there (which are usually more complicated). The ability to track changes made by others when reviewing files allows us at work to ensure we have accurate information going forward without having multiple people working independently on one file - just 1 person will do while another reviews & approves if they make any errors along the way.
