Great self-care tool for massage therapists
It's better than just a lacrosse ball. It has small lugs on half of the ball, while the grip features larger "lugs" in the middle. I like the flat side of the grip area for rolling small areas that need it. I have a lot of tension in the flexors and extensors of my forearms, which causes pain in my arms, and like most people, I have a lot of tension in my trapezius muscles. I took this to the theater and while watching the movie I was able to take all the tension off my arms and upper traps. Thanks to Rollga for another great self care tool.
