I have back problems so I sleep on my right side most of the time. I've tried almost every pillow out there. I've never tried one that has a special cutout for your shoulder. When I saw the price I thought it must be really good. Well... it's all right. I thought it would be fuller and thicker but it seems to me that it is too flat. I'll see that my neck doesn't hurt even though it's flat. It gets a little warmer but most pillows keep you warm but not too warm so I can't sleep. The memory foam is decent, it doesn't go too flat or soft, it's firmer which I like. I just wish it was twice as thick. So for the price… um, I could try the others, but I have to reiterate that this keeps my neck from numb.
