It works well, but it doesn't work well with constant use.
I ordered this for my new laptop a few months ago and it has worked fantastic. It cooled my laptop and was pretty quiet. But I noticed that it took 2 months for one of the USBs to come loose and stay unplugged, and at the time of writing this review, the other one was too. I'm not sure if it was because I kept it plugged into the cooler (but not on), but I can't find a way to fix it. It's a little hard for me to recommend if you want it to stay connected.
