I like the easy to use interface and the ability to create templates for all the different departments you have. I also like that you can create your own templates and use them for your own departments. I dislike that I cannot create my own templates. I also dislike that the support is not always there when you need it. I would like to be able to create my own templates and use them for my own departments. I would also like to be able to use my own templates for my own departments. I would also like to be able to create my own reports. I would also like to be able to create my own monitoring templates.
