Perfect even for sleeping
I have neck problems and I have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. So I actually bought this pillow to sleep on. I need a neck brace to keep it in a certain curve and a brace right in the middle when I sleep. I can't sleep on my side or turn my neck for long. So this pillow is soft and easy to clean. And small enough to travel with, there's even a small pocket to store it when you travel.
