I love how easy it is to create new tickets as well add attachments in one click! The layout could be more intuitive but overall this tool has been very helpful for our team (as we are using an Agile methodology) both internally within my organization or externally through customer support requests via ticketing systems like Zendesk etc..
It's pretty much all you need out there right now when creating your own internal agile development process / kanban board system if needed - not too complicated either once learned so far!! Definitely try them first before making any decisions regarding implementation timeframes though since they tend run behind schedule sometimes unless something goes wrong during testing phase which can cost money depending upon what happened at QA stage :). Have created some really useful tools here especially around user acceptance tests & sprint planning stages where having everything set up beforehand saves tons off wasted effort later down stream :).
