Great little ticket creation software with many different capabilities

I love how easy it is to create new tickets as well add attachments in one click! The layout could be more intuitive but overall this tool has been very helpful for our team (as we are using an Agile methodology) both internally within my organization or externally through customer support requests via ticketing systems like Zendesk etc.. It's pretty much all you need out there right now when creating your own internal agile development process / kanban board system if needed - not too…

  • Well designed UI
  • Easy customizable interface with multiple layers allowing different users access levels.
  • Quickly adaptable design that meets most needs while providing flexibility/options along side ease of use
  • Intuitive dashboard showing progress easily seen by everyone involved including customers who may just have general interest about certain aspects, yet still interested enough wanting their feedback included into product evolution cycle :)

Great product with an excellent support team

Easy to use, intuitive, simple, fast. The integration is great. It has a lot of features and is very user friendly. The dashboard shows the status of your tickets in real time. This helps you to keep track of everything at all times. I would like more customization options. Sometimes the interface takes a while to load up, which can be frustrating when you're trying to solve one issue. It's very easy to manage my workflow and see where I am at any given moment.   • Ability make notes within each ticket so they don’t get lost (for future reference)

  • Could do with having an option available such as allowing users access via email address instead just phone number alone

Great way of keeping tabs and showing progress

I love how easy it is to create custom fields for use in my kanban board or any other tool where using standard issue tracking isn't sufficient enough (i'm looking at you ticketing system). The ability customize your own field types makes this product really unique compared to others out there who don’t offer as many options when creating their tools like Kanbans boards etc.. It's not cheap either but if what they are offering seems valuable then go ahead otherwise compare multiple products…

Easy ways to maintain your project tracking

I really like how easy it is to set up filters for different kinds of boards (i.e., Board Overviews, Work Logs) as well as create custom fields in board types you don't have yet, or can easily link them later using relationships without going through an external tool such as Sharepoint Groups! It integrates very nicely with other Teamgate apps so we are able to see our workflows right inside Teams itself - no need for another system outside of Apps anymore to manage this info!   • My favorite part about profields is having access directly within teams where i'm more familiar than excel documents & files/files etc..it makes managing my weekly workload much easier :)
