Good idea but the USB-C end doesn't seem to reach far enough to connect to my Samsung Galaxy S10e when it's in my phone case . It connected when I took the phone out of the case. But why would I have to do that every time I want to use the hard drive? And no sane person would carry their phone in a protective case all the time. Therefore, the USB-C end _should_ be slightly longer to allow connection with the phone in the case. Points deducted for lack of convenience (you have to take the phone out of the case to use it).
