Short. And not a little. and very roughly sawn on all sides

Ordered 12x24. I can reasonably see an excuse to lose +/- 1/16 or even 1/8 (despite paying for 12x24 or 12x23 7/8). Got 23 3/4. And died on 23 3/4. I'm not sure how you got that number so accurate without your intention, because it's absolutely 23 3/4. :-(I can save my project, but I need to do a lot of fine tuning. Also, the top and bottom surfaces are terribly rough, so they need to be CNC machined.
