I really liked this vacuum for picking up pet hair and dirt on hardwood floors. We have a lot of dust balls and I hate pulling out the broom. It doesn't have super suction but I didn't need it so it worked great. I've had this vacuum for 2 months and last week I discovered that the charger was defective. The charging hole position is not ideal when hanging on the wall. It's SUPER easy to catch. Normally it wouldn't make much of a difference and I'd just buy a new one, but I couldn't find a suitable charger. I've looked in electronics stores and couldn't match the size to ANYTHING! I contacted the seller to see if they could send me a replacement but they said to return everything and get a replacement that way. I honestly wouldn't recommend it just for the charger, it's very frustrating that it's not universal or that they don't sell it separately.
