The fan is unbalanced and noisy at low speeds. Junk CHINESE COUNTERFEIT. DO NOT BUY

Waste of money. Its imbalance and vibration are enough to knock the case. If you run it at full blast you won't hear it as much, but next time I'll pay the extra money for a Japanese OEM unit. I need more CHINESE shit.
