The ease with which they support us, their customer service is second to none! We have been using them for years now but every time we need something additional or any change in functionality - it's like magic from our side that everything works out perfectly without problems at all (except once when I had some minor issues). There are no downsides as far as i know so this software has worked flawlessly over many months since its launch here and will continue working well till end user needs changes/updates. It was great experience dealing with such professional team who always do what best possible according to your wishes. Their responsiveness makes me feel safe about my business decisions even if there would be unexpected events happening around. They make things easier by providing excellent reporting system where you can easily track sales data alongwith other important info related to customers' transactions.
