Great for the classroom

Due to new Texas requirements, our doors need to be shut and locked all day for safety. Although safety is our highest priority, it does present a bit of annoyance having the door shut all day when you teach the younger grades. I had a class door bell for a rotation or cleanups but now I needed a doorbell so I don’t have them knocking on the door every five seconds. What I like about this doorbell is that you can program each remote with a different sound. So I have my clean up/center sound and now I have just a very basic "ding” for when students or teachers are at the door and it does not disrupt my class.

This my 3rd one they work great

Cons

The doorbell is not waterproof and may malfunction in rainy or humid conditions
