I first ordered this product as a Christmas present. So I paid extra for the Christmas wrapping. But it wasn't gift wrapped. Second, the gift should have been a card with Christmas wishes. But the card is not there. Third, I ask for a gift to be sent to the recipient, but it was delivered to me even though I resent it after receiving confirmation of purchase. Fourth, the quality of the gloves was less than the picture showed and I was confused.
