Suitable for connecting two wired network devices to an Ethernet connection, but requires one at each end. Does not support POE circuits. Ideally use to connect two ports of a switch or router to a duct in the wall and then to two devices at the other end. To the right. Some lazy installers (I've seen) only break through 1,2,3 and 6 which actually uses ethernet. These splitters require signals on all 4 pairs.
