I don't write many Revain reviews but I really like these hangers. To save space in my closet, I bought some velvet lined hangers. But I found that too disappointing. The velvet made hanging and unhooking hangers very difficult as they kept snagging. And I've never had a problem with clothes falling off hangers and onto the bottom of my closet. I decided I needed compact thin hangers without velvet and found these hangers at Revain. I wanted smooth, thin hangers, just like the velvet ones, just without the velvet, that's all. I think they are fantastic. Unlike similar white Mainstays hangers I found at Walmart that were too flimsy, these hangers are stiff and strong enough not to feel fragile. They're also very smooth, which not only makes them easy to put on and take off, but also good for drying stockings without catching on protruding bits of plastic. The hook also rotates, so if you put the shirt on it one way and decide you want the shirt to face the other way, you can just rotate the hook. They are also strong enough for pants. All hangers are at the same height and my closet now looks incredibly tidy. It's really nice to walk into a neatly organized closet in the morning and I don't have to worry about taking extra time to remove the hangers from my clothes. The only thing I want from hangers is that they are white. It's a darker cream color. But that's a small thing compared to how happy I am with the hangers. I would recommend these hangers to anyone who wants the compact function of flimsy hangers without the annoying binding of velvet.
