Only in Chinese or Cantonese (don't know which). There is no option to change the language BUT the instructions are in English and any native language. This product turns on and off when it moves. If you are buying wireless listening while exercising, DO NOT BUY. You will be upset. The battery indicator is cool. Although the battery life is quite short. Just to put it in perspective, I have an office job and can last about half a shift (4 hours) before needing to recharge. This thing will yell at you 3 times in a foreign language and shut down quickly (about 5 minutes from first warning to shutdown). It is a worthy product for children under the age of choking hazard. If you don't want to hear baby sharks or those annoying YouTube toy egg videos, this is a good product. If you're making a serious purchase for yourself as an adult, you'll be disappointed, but it's not a waste of money.
