Our slim toddler grandson can't keep his pants in his pants. He's so tiny. I read other reviews and decided to take a chance. The suspenders work great! He wears them and can now wear all of his pants, not just the smallest ones. I recommend. (I don't know if he wore bow ties but they are very cute too).
