Review on 12-Setting Electric Burr Coffee Grinder: Automatic Mill for 2-12 Cups, Stainless Steel, Precise Grind Settings by Christian Barnes

My wife and I drink a lot of coffee and have used a knife grinder for many years. I started roasting my own beans and since I spend a lot of time making good coffee I figured it was time to step up. to the best meat grinder. I chose this one partly because of the price, partly because my wife had all the cutlery and because it seemed to have a good selection of cuts. It seemed like a good buy when it arrived, but after a few weeks the plastic container that contains the beans started cracking in several places on the side. Now one of the tears is going down the top of the container and the other 1/2 way down the side. Most likely, it will go to the end, which will make the bunker very weak. I checked and there is another review with the same problem, it looks like the seller contacted them but I don't know what the solution/was. I have given some feedback to the seller and am waiting to see if they fix the problem. If not, I will completely downgrade my rating to one (1) and would not recommend anyone to purchase this coffee grinder. We've kept the coffee grinder in the same spot on the counter since it arrived and haven't overused it or put too many beans in it. Beans so the top fits properly. There is no one else in my house who would touch the coffee grinder, it has not fallen or tipped over. If the seller goes ahead (or not), I plan to update this review in a few weeks. **FOLLOW-UP SERVICES** Shortly after I wrote the above review, the company contacted me and provided me with a new device. They were very helpful and told me if there was anything else I needed to tell them. I am very happy with the resolution of this issue. The grinder has worked every day since I bought it and the only real issue I have is cracks in the coffee container. Now I have a new car and I will update it if I have any problems with it. For now I'm giving them 5 stars as they did everything right and didn't reject me in solving the issue.
