Product arrived in a reasonable time and works exactly as advertised. I swim a lot in the summer and get sunburned every now and then, this helped me rub the lotion into all the hard to reach places like between the shoulder blades. Cleaning can be an issue, especially when treating an infection, as the head material is a pillow-like material somewhat resembling styrofoam. The seller recommends rinsing under water but I think this will probably require soap and water and if reused some sort of disinfectant, possibly antibiotic soap. I don't think two different people should use the same lotion applicator.
