Review on πŸ”₯ Relieve Back, Neck, and Muscle Pain with Bed Buddy Back Wrap Heat Pad - Microwaveable and Moist Heating Pad - Cold Pack Option Included by Julie Rodriguez

Great heating pad terrible tape to hold it in place

First of all the heating pad itself is great. It heats up quickly and stays warm. Moist heat is very beneficial for a sore back. If I can make it stay The problem is that I can't get it to stand. The strap and velcro are very cheap and flimsy, and after less than two months of use they're practically useless. At the moment I use either a premium bandage or an old belt to keep it in place depending on what part of my body I'm using it on. I bought a Bed Buddy for my back (like in this review). about nine years ago. And I've used it fairly regularly over the years, off and on. My filling has been leaking for the past few months so I've decided to buy another from Revain. The little filler leak was pretty good considering it was used for almost a decade, so I had no problem replacing it with the same one. And the new block is not inferior to the old in quality. Straps and Velcro, on the other hand, are completely different. The strap is on an old pad of heavier and stronger elastic/fabric and the velcro still works like new. On the new Bed Buddy, most of the velcro has fallen apart, and apart from a few remaining notches (hooks?) it's one long velcro. So it won't support the weight of the mat anymore if I can get the velcro to stick at all. The price is very similar to what I paid 9 years ago but they have obviously opted for much cheaper materials. If you're looking for a nice wet heating pad that you don't tie to your back, the Bed Buddy still works very well. If you want to use it as advertised to tie to your back, legs, or arms, look elsewhere.
