The extra long velcro makes it really easy to use and the price is so low you should have it ready when you need it. Well made, well designed, not too heavy and versatile enough to use anywhere, at home, on the boat, in the office, even while playing sports.

I have hot and cold packs everywhere and I have this buddy in the car so I can take it to work and use the rear brace to secure it to my back and waist area. I just cover it, put it in a grocery bag, heat it in the microwave, shake it, flip it and try not to overheat it and save it for my team and moisture.
