Best Heat Pack - Bath & Bath Accessories

I've tried many brands and types over the years and I keep coming back to this brand and style. I've tried thinner options and heating it up is a waste of energy. Every day I start with moist heat on my lower back and thighs. I have also used it for shoulder pain. I often start the night with this under my thigh to relieve pain before bed. I have fibromyalgia and also hip bursitis. So chronic inflammation and stiffness. I cut off the straps but that's my preference. If overheated, after a while it will start smelling like burnt oatmeal. I do 1.5 minutes in the microwave, starting with a minute first.
