It's fun to see how Trustpilot verifies explicitly fake reviews, while removing genuine opinions featuring a great experience with companies. The platform boasts robust algos and an extremely professional content integrity team who moderate reviews, preventing people from trusting to fake customers and incentivized efforts. One of my reviews was removed without any clear explanations (in the email Trustpilot cited their inner rules regarding the crreation of reviews), but after I connected to the content integrity team to provide some proofs of my intercation with the company, I got no reply. More than two weeks have pased and they still keep silence...
