A month later, I needed a second outlet, opened the package, connected it to the network near the router, quickly set it up, and when I moved it to another room and inserted it into a stationary outlet, this Gosund Smart plug 2 died instantly and forever. I called iCover, they sent a courier the next day, he took the socket for examination, literally the next day they called me from the store and confirmed that this was a manufacturing defect and since they did not have a replacement product, they offered to return the money. Again, the next day, the courier brought money for defective goods. I put 5 stars, because I myself am a techie and I understand that electronics can break down and no one is safe from marriage, but the service, friendliness and professionalism of the iCover store turned out to be on top. All online stores should work like this. And the second Gosund Smart plug 2 is working properly and there are no complaints about it.
