I did a lot of scrolling and comparing nursing shoes to find these and I'm so glad. They add a little height, they have a cushion, they're light, and I get a lot of compliments on them (which surprises me a little). I'm not a nurse but I'm on my feet a lot during the day so they're easy to put on and go. The ONLY downside is my feeling slips to the front of the shoe when going down a small sloping hill, but I guess this is to be expected with any cloth shoe purchase. In any case, I would give a buy recommendation based on the price, comfort and durability of the shoe.
