The most helpful feature of this software was its ability to make it easier for our staff to organize their work orders as well as manage inventory with ease.

We also liked how easy they made reporting using MS Excel so that we could create reports at will without having any coding skills or expertise required by us. I don't think there were many downsides other than some minor bugs here n there but these have been resolved quickly after contacting customer support team. It's definitely worth giving them try because when working together you'll find yourself needing less IT resources which makes your business more efficient!
