As an avid cyclist (I have a t-shirt that says Cyclist. I'm a Psychologist!) I always wear a scarf or shawl under my bike helmet. There are two reasons for this: of course, to break a sweat while riding, and secondly, since I'm mostly bald, wearing a headscarf prevents me from getting the worst sunburn through the air holes in my bike helmet. These skullcap helmet liners are just wonderful to me. They are comfortable to wear, very light and the tie at the back ensures a perfect fit. They are also thin enough that I can comfortably wear them under a helmet. Highly recommended.
